Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States on orders totaling over $25*.

 *Our 18x26 parchment sheets are subject to an added shipping charge of $9 due to the over-sized nature of the box.

In an effort to keep our employees safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, order fulfillment occurs every Monday and Thursday. 

Return/Refund Policy

We offer 7 days return policy from delivery date, no question asked.

Customers pay for return shipping.

Returned items must be in new and sellable condition. Otherwise, there is 20% restocking fee.

If customers receive products other than what ordered, we will pay for returned shipping.

Shipping fee is non-refundable. Refund for returned order will be original order total minus shipping.

 

Return/Refund Process

For any reason, you want to return the order within 7 days after delivery, please contact us at support@zenlogy.com to obtain Return Authorization Number.

You can ship the order back to us using shipping method of your choice. We recommend you send us tracking number.

After receive your returned order, we will inspect and refund to your credit card/paypal according to our Return/Refund Policy listed above.

 

International Shipping

While we are still working on making Zenlogy parchment paper accessible worldwide, we do ship to Canada.

Select "Canada" in the country drop down when you are inputting your shipping information at checkout and you will be quoted a price based on the shipping carrier you select.

Duties and Fees will be charged to you as well, which may not be reflected in the original shipping cost quote.
