Halloween is only 5 days away! Yay! So we are here with another delicious dessert to serve at your next Halloween shindig! This Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake will have your guests coming back for seconds and thirds!
Start by melting butter in a sauce pan over medium heat until it turns brown and is emitting a nutty scent. Remove from stove-top.
While you are browning the butter, combine sugar, brown sugar, vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix in the browned butter once the dry ingredients are mixed.
Gently blend in the eggs.
Sprinkle baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour over your mixture. Fold in until well combined.
Once batter slightly cools, mix in your chocolate chips.
Line your cake pan with your Zenlogy 9" Parchment Rounds and scoop your dough into the pan. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes (adjust time based on the thickness of the your cake).
Once your cake is done and has cooled down you can start icing! I used vanilla icing and did the spiderweb with black gel frosting. Now it's ready to serve!
